I'm trying to find any descendants of Evan Phillips and Margaret?? parents of Frederick Evan Phillips(1808) who married Susannah Jenrick. Names inlcude Charles Frederick Phillips(1844), Charles E Phillips (1866), Albert Phillips (1873). There are too many names to list but I can swap details in case we can find a match. Anything Phillips in Lambeth would be welcome even if it means I can just discount them as possibilities in my research. Thanks
Hello from Australia. I have just this second signed up and although your last posting was 3 years ago (it's now 2011) I have only just learnt that WILLIAM SAMUAL (? RE SPELLING) PHILLIPS was born in 1804 and married at the St Mary Church in 1826. He and his wife moved out to here in 1839. The lived their whole lives in and around Adelaide, South Australia and they are buried together in Strathalbyn, which is 55 km SE of Adelaide. It is my understanding a notice of death was posted to "someone" in Surrey but this now is all that I know.
