Looking for parents of Isaac Parker b. abt. 1780; died 1821 Lubec, ME. m. Phebe Kingsley 1810 in Calais, ME. Phebe was from Steuben, ME. Isaac was listed as being from Robinston, ME at the time of his marriage. They had 5 children all born in Lubec, ME. Capt. James Madison Parker, Sarah Parker-Dorman, Capt. Isaac Parker Jr., Elizabeth Grayson Parker-Mitchell, & Samuel Parker...
Roger Parker, a descendant of the above Samuel Parker, has an exact DNA match to Parker grp. # 10 "Parker DNA project", but he can not trace his ancestors beyon Isaac b. 1780. Grp. 10 descends from John Parker England via one his 5 emigrant sons (Capt. James, Abraham, Joseph, Jacob, or John)
I too am researching the Parker Family. I have John H. Parker b. 1793 in Nova Scotia. Family was removed from Boston at the time of the British Evacuation. His father was Caleb Parker. I can't find Caleb (Kaleb)...family stories say that there were 5 brothers that came over from England. My grandfather used to tell the story that they were Welsh.
