Here is the info I have: "Ducky" Drake fathered two sons within months of each other. One of these children was my grandfather who was born in October 1928 in Oceana County, MI. (His birth cert lists his father as unknown, but this is the info he got from his mother.) The other was Kenneth Drake. Kenneth attended school with my grandmother either in Grand Rapids or the St Joe area. Shortly (months? years?) after my grandfather was born, "Ducky" was killed in a motorcycle accident. Now you know as much as I do.

I have been having a hard time getting any kind of information out of my family on my mother's side. I am looking for people related to Bernard Harley Simons and Ida Belle Ketchum Simons. I know that Bernard was born in washington state and that Ida was born in Michigan. i havent had any luck finding anything other date of birth and death. Nothing else. Please if you know anything please let me know...I am running into walls and it sucks.

From the 1900, 1910 & 1920 Milton Twp, Antrim Co, Michigan Censuses for the Moore family, this is what I have:
Henry, born Feb 1859 in Canada, emigrated about 1882/3. He married Eliza J., born Jul 1863, abt 1884. She gave birth to 10 kids & in 1910 9 were still living
These are their children:

5 - Fredrick H b. Jan 1893

9 - Norma J b. abt 1907
On the 1920 census, Ida B age 2 2/12 b. Mont. is living with them. In 1930, brother Ivan? (hard to read) age 16, joins her at her Grandparents. I did not find her brother on the 1920 census.
