Emil Rasmussen was born in Hamburg in 1881 in Hamburg,German y and came to Paraguay in1884 in Rio Ship with his parents and two brothers Richard and Conrad, lived in San Bernardino Paraguay up to 25 years and then left the Colony Independencia, Paraguay and lived there until he died on October 17, 1959 at the age of 78.

I would appreciate any data on Kurth families from Hamburg in the 1800's. At least one document states that my G-Grandmother, Johanna E. Kurth, "came" from Hamburg. Also, one granddaughter often repeated that she came from Hamburg.
I am looking for my Grandparents Minna Charolette Wilhelm (Nehlmeier) and Wilhelm Hermann Gustav Wilhelm who lived in Hamburg, Germany in the early 1980's-1900's until my Grandmother died sometime in the 1960-I think the mid 60's. They had several children- I think 9 but not sure. Some to the children's names are as follows: Ferdinaind Heinrich Gustuv, Lottie Wilhelm-never married, one son who committed suicide, anothe son named Wolfgang. I do not know any other names.
