Looking for my father's uncle in Bremen.His names is Istvan or maybe Stefan Harangozo.He is born Januar 3, 1920 in Vrsac, then Yugoslavia now is Serbia from father Istvan Harangozo(born August 8, 1898) and mother Tereza(Farkas).After WWII he escaped to Germany in Bremen, and married German women Margareta.They have 3 children 2 boys Wolfgang and Georg and 1 dother Judit.Children today are between 50-60 years old.Thanks everyone for any information. My great great grandfather Adolph Weiland was born in 1847 and his wife Anna Catherine Geiger was born in 1849. They were from Baden, Wurtemburg, Germany. They supposedly married and emigrated to the United States in the year of 1870 and they appear on the USA census of 1880 in Oxford, Erie, Ohio. I am looking for any information prior to 1880. Ich habe herausgefunden das die Familie ursprünglich im Rheinland und Saarland beheimatet war, auch leben noch heute einige mit dem Namen in Frankreich und den Vereinigten Staaten.
Leider finde ich nicht den Anknüpfungspunkt nach Bremen
