I have just received the marriage cert (1884) for my Gt Grandmother Clarissa Summerfield. Her father was named as Samuel Mossman (deceased) although it stated that he was living in Maulden Beds and was a farmer. I have found a Samuel Mossman born in Maulden on the 1841 & 1851 census - does anyone have any information about the Mossman family that they can share - were there more than one Mossman family living in Maulden at this time!
