James M. Milne and Christina Stepel (?) had 2 sons, Clarence F. Milne and Clifford Andrew Milne. Clarence F. Milne is the father of my grandfather, Clyde E. Milne.

I believe James M. Milne is one of the 9 children of Andrew Milne (1836, Scotland) and Jane Stringer (1838, Ireland) but I am not certain of this. If this is correct, I believe the parents of Andrew Milne are David Milne (abt 1813) and Isabella Sampson (abt 1813).

 Any information on the Milne family who came from Scotland and settled in Iowa would be helpful.
