I am trying to trace the ancestry of John Macomber,(1585-1650),who resided in Bridport,Dorset,England. He is bured in St.Mary's churchyard with his wife & children.No mention of where he was born,or where he came from?No church record exist in Bridport,England.Some rumours alude to him being from Devon,nothing concrete.
